of the Boone’s Trace Property Owner’s Association
December 2001
Text Box: by Mike Tremblay

Boone’s Trace Development has had its biggest overall growth year in 2001. A number of new families not only have purchased property, but also have started the building process. The new homes are adding to the finished look of Boone’s Trace, and each of you has provided an integral part of what it takes to make a development a neighborhood.

The overall development plan of Boone’s Trace is phased over a number of years, and during the process we will continue to evaluate and make adjustments that we hope will be of benefit to everyone. Our goal is to provide the best possible product at the most affordable price and try to maintain your overall confidence. We thank each and every one of you for selecting Boone’s Trace and look forward to a mutually satisfying future.

Items of Interest
·	As many of you are aware, the two tennis courts are close to completion. The lighting has yet to be installed, and it looks as if it may be spring before we put on the finish surface, nets, and striping.

·	Over the winter months we will be constructing a pavilion and a couple of stone barbecue pits for your neighborhood and private outings. There is still more evaluation to be done on a future swimming pool facility. More information will be provided in the next newsletter.

·	The new security program appears to be working out much better than before. We are pleased with the present situation and staff, and we look forward to the continued stability that we have experienced since our change in September.

·	As a point of clarification, the Deed Restrictions of Boone’s Trace Development stipulate that there is to be no discharge of firearms of any kind within Boone’s Trace. In the interest of safety concerns for residents and visitors, we trust that all property owners will respect this regulation.

·	If you need a copy of the Deed Restrictions, please contact the Development Office.
