Text Box: The annual cookout sponsored by Boone’s Trace LLC is just around the corner!  The picnic will be held Saturday, June 8 from 4:00 pm until dusk.  All property owners and their families are invited to be guests of our developers for this event.  This year the function will take on a luau theme. 
 
A couple of raffles will be held to raise money for the Boone’s Trace social club.  One item being raffled is a golf package for four at The Bull, including 18-hole greens fees with cart, valued at $120.  The other raffle will be for a DVD player.  Tickets, which are $5 for each of the items raffled, will be sold at the cookout.  The drawing will be held at the end of the evening and the winner need not be present to win.
Text Box: Dress casually for fun and games, and bring lawn chairs for your family and guests.  The luau will be held at The Barn at Tanglewood Farms.  Just stay to the right at the Avawam fork after the guardhouse and go approximately 2 miles to 265 Avawam Drive.  

Food and drink will be served beginning at 4:00.  Activities and games will begin at 5:00.  Bring the whole family, and stay the whole time!

Elizabeth is an experienced petsitter with reasonable rates ….
Dogs :          $8.00 a day (playtime is $3.00 extra)
Cats:             $5.00 a day
Other Pets :  $2.50 a day

If you do, call  Trudy Robards at 624-2552.  Trudy is on the staff at Whitehall Elementary, and she has a daughter Elizabeth at Madison Middle School and a daughter Annie at Madison Central High School.  Trudy said if any new residents have questions about the schools, she will be happy for you to call her.

Boone’s Trace LLC has contracted with George Huxel to provide bushhogging services within the development  If you need bushhogging on your property in Boone’s Trace, call George at 859-624-2569.
Text Box: Members of the social committee are organizing a number of games for the luau … both for children and adults … so be prepared to have fun!  Wear a Hawaiian shirt or muu-muu to participate in the costume judging contest, and if you don’t want to hula dance, perhaps you will want to brush up on your hula-hoop skills!  There will be face painting and games for the kids, so bring the whole family and plan to get to know your Boone’s Trace community neighbors.
