The Boone’s Trace Civic Association (BTCA) held its quarterly meeting on April 23 at the Bull Clubhouse. The By-Laws were approved as published in the March 2003 issue of the Quarterly Newsletter. Renee Mathis reported on a successful Easter Egg Hunt with twenty-five children attending. Robb Cox reported on social functions for the summer: a pool party on June 7 and a Meet & Greet with optional golf tournament on August 2 (details are on page 3). Numerous ideas were discussed for Civic Association activities, and the Strategic Directions Committee indicated it would send a survey to property owners (insert in this issue). Please complete and submit the survey before Sunday, June 15.

The next meeting of the BTCA will be held on Thursday, July 10, at 7 pm at the Bull Clubhouse. All property owners are welcome and encouraged to attend the quarterly meeting. Refreshments will be served.

The pool opened on May 23, with several youngsters assuring us the water (at a brisk seventy-two degrees) was just fine and dandy!! The pool will be open daily from 8 am until 9 pm. Pool users and their guests must swim at their own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children of age 13 and under will be allowed in the pool area only if they are accompanied by a parent, guardian, or a person 18 years of age or older who accepts responsibility for their safety.
Text Box: The pool is reserved for Adults Only on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9 pm and Sunday morning from 8am until noon.
