There have been numerous inquiries as to the role of Maggaid & Associates, the Property Management Company. They were introduced and their role was discussed and voted on at the annual meeting in November 2004. We suggest that your Civic Association invite them to one of your meetings to explain their role. We also suggest that a "welcome to the neighborhood" packet be instituted by the Civic/ Social Committee to be distributed to all new residents as diey become part of the Boone's Trace Community.
—Boone's Trace LLC.
