A survey was included in the last quarterly newsletter requesting input from "Tracers" to guide and direct activities so we can continue to make Boone's Trace a superb place to live.

Several issues emerged in response to the survey and were discussed in the BTCA Meeting held at the Club House on July 10th.  These issues were summarized and the new survey is asking you for further direction.

A number of interest groups were formed with contact individuals.  If you have not been contacted or would like to participate, please call the contact person for further information.

Boone’s Trace has been the most popular residential development in the area over the last twelve months. The popularity has grown for a number of reasons: location, affordable pricing, lot size, “The Bull,” but most of all … the product and section variety. Folks are saying it’s refreshing for a change. New sections available or coming soon are Gleneagles 1C & 1D, Sawgrass, Tanglewood Farms II, Avawam Estates III, Forest Hills Estates II, and Muirfield.

Covenants and Restrictions: Another reminder to familiarize yourselves with the covenants. Many are unaware of the requirements and obligations. A committee has been in place since the beginning of the year to voice your concerns and ask your questions.

Lot Mowing: Every property owner has a responsibility to keep their empty lots mowed. BTLLC will no longer continue to mow these properties. Each owner should make arrangements to see this mowing takes place as needed.

Building Guidelines: A few questions have arisen regarding the building guidelines. All the sections have different requirements such as minimum square footage, exterior composition, fencing, etc. Gleneagles isn’t the same as Forest Hills, Avawam Estates isn’t the same as St. Andrews, and so on. Before we make issue with others’ preferences, it’s best to understand there are areas where folks may make different choices.

Pavement Repairs: Boone’s Trace is well aware of pavement repairs and patchwork that are needed as construction continues throughout the development. The repairs may not happen overnight, nor all at once, but they will be addressed. We do ask each of you that is building to make your builder aware of the damage they do to pavement in front of your property while your home is under construction. Ultimately the owner should be responsible for those pavement repairs.
