We continue to grow here at Boone’s Trace, and new roads are being laid out in The Pinnacle. This development is a part of Boone’s Trace and will be under the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that apply to all property owners.

All property owners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting of Boone’s Trace Property Owners Association, which is scheduled on Tuesday, November 16, at the meeting room adjacent to the Sales Office.

A letter will be mailed to all property owners two weeks before the meeting, with the agenda enclosed. The Board of Directors will be present at the meeting, and the meeting is open to discussion by all, prior to action by the Board.

To familiarize yourself with the covenants and guidelines under which all property owners are obliged to function, you can get a copy at the Sales Office or refer to the online copy at www.boonestrace.org.
