The Boone’s Trace Neighborhood features a beautiful pool, kiddie pool, and a leisure area to enjoy sunny days outside soaking up the sun! Enjoy lounging poolside and cooling off in the water in privacy. Our pool is open daily from 10:00 am-9:00 pm. Our pool can also be reserved for after-hours parties for our residents.
Pool Rules
- There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Pool users and their guests must swim at their own risk.
- Persons shall not enter the pool with sores, open abrasions, or other physical conditions that might contaminate the pool or jeopardize another person’s health.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- No glass containers, tobacco products, or chewing gum of any kind are permitted in the pool area.
- Only swimming suits and swim trunks may be worn in the pool. No denim shorts in the pool. Babies MUST wear swim diapers if not potty trained. No disposable diapers are allowed.
- No running, horseplay or dangerous behavior will not be permitted within the pool grounds or restrooms.
- Music with explicit content, foul language, and activities that interfere with the enjoyment of others using the pool will not be permitted.
- NO DIVING
- Children under age 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult
- No floatation devices are allowed in the pool.
- In the event of thunder or lightning, the pool will be closed for 30 minutes.
- Boone’s Trace Property Owners Association (BTPOA) does not assume any liability or responsibility for injuries, property loss, and/or damage of any nature or kind arising out of the use of the pool by any persons.
Pool and Picnic Facility Reservation
- The pool will be managed by Boone’s Trace National Golf Course (BTNGC). BTNGC reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone at any time.
- BTNGC operational dates and times: The pool is open daily, weather permitting, from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, or later, weather depending.
- Operational hours are 10:00 am – 9:00 pm seven days a week.
- All residents IN GOOD STANDING and their guests may use the pool facilities.
- Limit of 10 guests per household at the pool facility for the season.
- Residents are limited to only 2 guests on the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 3 and 4th, and Labor Day
- All residents and guests must follow the established check-in procedure with the attendant on duty at the pool. Residents will use the Memberment app to sign in. All guests must be accompanied by a member of the property owner’s family.
- Pools are periodically inspected by the Madison County Health Department for violations of posted rules. The Health Department may close the pools for any violations.
Pool and Picnic Facility Reservation
- For after-hours special events or parties, the pool may be rented for up to 3 hours or until 11 pm, whichever comes first, for the BTPOA rental cost plus any PPM and attendant fees.
- The reservation form and payment must be submitted one week prior to the event to insure scheduling of pool attendant(s).
- The picnic pavilion is not subject to reservation and may be used on a first-come, first-serve basis.
